Shipping/Returns

Shipping:
 
We at Komal Kothari, provide a free shipping service on all our orders. We aim at shipping products within 6 business days from order placement and our average delivery timeline ranges between 7 to 10 business days. 

We also offer express shipping payable by the customer (Rs 200 per product) and the average delivery timeline ranges between 4-5 business days.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

Returns/Exchanges:
 
Our pieces are made to order and can't be exchanged, but we offer alterations. The costs of return will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

No refund/cancellation

No refund or cancellation will be done on the orders.
