• We also offer express shipping, payable by the customer, which takes 5-7 business days depending on your location to get delivered.

EXCHANGE/RETURN:
All our orders are made to order. We don’t offer any kind of exchange or return. However, if your order doesn’t fit as expected, please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving the product.

ALTERATION:
All alteration requests are subject to approval and will be assessed by Komal Kothari, who holds the sole discretion to decide whether an alteration is possible or not.

Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition when requesting an alteration.

We encourage customers to place orders mindfully, as each piece is crafted exclusively upon request.

While shipping for alterations, costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
As per our policy, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refund requests once the order is confirmed.

Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final and enters production within hours.
